His Eminence Tulku Neten Rinpoche and student go to the Sera Monastery in India to attend the Jangchup Lamrim teachings and the Initiation of Avalokiteshvara from His Holiness The Dalai Lama, and celebrates his five sangha-disciples for their accomplishment of Geshe Lharampa degree - Ph.D in Buddhist Philisophy at Sera Lachi and SeraMey monastic university from December 12 to December 15, 2013.
